PHILOSOPHY -I have dedicated over 10 fulfilling years of service to the fitness industry.   During the course of those years, I have learned that taking care of your health and well being is the most important thing that you can do for yourself and your family.

PHILOSOPHY - My philosophy on exercise is that it should be fun. No one likes going through the same boring exercises day in and day out. And that’s the reason why I never do the same workout twice in a row. With me, it’s always new, fun and exciting! Keep the body guessing. I am also a huge preacher on safety. The exercise done needs to be done right and without risk of injury to the person or the person’s health.

I am a positive motivator and a bit of an overachiever when it comes to training my clients. My success is determined by my client’s success. I do all I can and what I can for my clients in whatever they need. Some are willing to go the extra step, but I’m willing to go the extra mile!

PHILOSOPHY - There’s an old expression, ‘you can’t give what you don’t have.’  My philosophy is to practice what I preach by nurturing my love for fitness through my personal workouts and constant study of the field.  It’s my hope that my excitement will carry over to my clients to motivate them to work towards their own goals.  My aim is to help my clients progressively climb towards their goals with a good meal plan, efficient cardio and a basic, but yet, always challenging weight training program.  Never sacrificing good form and technique, my clients will be pushed to new limits to help them break plateaus and reach new heights.  

CLIENT BASE - My outgoing and easy to talk to personality tends to give me a wide range of clients.  I have weight loss, tone and firm, as well as, strength training clients.  Regardless of each client’s goals, I will never sacrifice good form and technique with the most basic exercises.   However, at the same time, I am a firm believer in introducing core stability training into every workout.
