Good Morning Challengers!!! The numbers are all in and I have the top three male and female winners for this month!!! If you have not yet made it into the top three, it is still not too late!!!! You have plenty of time to catch up. This month was difficult for all the competitors because of the holidays! I am proud of each and every one of you no matter what the outcome was because you all stayed on track and though there may have been some instances out of your control you all handled yourselves wonderfully! NOBODY GAINED WEIGHT :) This means to tell me that you are all focused on results and have started making some changes in your own personal lives that will help aid you in your healthy future!!

As Team The You Choose To Lose Challenge has lost a TOTAL of 104 pounds!!! Congratulations!!

Just know, when you truly want success, you’ll never give up on it, no matter how bad the situation may get. You have to want to change in order to change you have to push every day for success if success is what you are looking for. So today while you read this email, did you push for the change you want or did you do the bare minimum? Because the bare minimum will only give the same results in return!! Stop doubting your faith in your goals, take a deep breath and say to yourself, "today I will be the change that thanks me tomorrow". You are all worth it, you all deserve to be healthy and happy, you just have to take the right steps to get there and that starts with change :) Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen. MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Always remember to slow down in life; live, breathe, and learn; take a look around you whenever you have time and never forget everything and every person that has the least place within your heart. Slow down and enjoy life. It’s not only the scenery you miss by going too fast-you also miss the sense of where you are going and why. The Best Feelings are those that have no words to describe them. Those are the moments when we really slow down and take time to be in the moment. If you think of every moment that has ever left you speechless, the reason why you have no words is because its out bodies natural response to slow down and actual feel that moment. Whether it is a lesson learned or a moment that took your breath away, you will remember it for a lifetime. So make today a memorable one, be in the moment no matter what the moment might be, when we slow down we enjoy more of the good things or we figure out some of our most difficult situations. SLOW DOWN :)

Good Morning Everyone!! Hope you all had a spectacular holiday. As the New Year awaits us, this will be the last Focused Friday so I am sending you off with something to think about as you enter into the year 2014.

You can't put a price on what you have, but you can learn the value of most of it. This week I ask you to be thankful and think about how rich you really are. Your family is priceless, your time is gold and your health is your wealth. It is not how much we have, but it is how much we really enjoy what we have that makes happiness a huge part of us. We need to remember to celebrate every moment in this life, don’t just celebrate when it's convenient, make a commitment to enjoy every moment, so that your journey becomes unforgettable to all of us. May the beauty of this year flood you with happiness. What I am asking you to do to finish this year off right is to forgive yourself enough to make the difference. You should not leave this year without at least one person understanding who you really are, and what you are going to do to prepare you for 2014!

94 Pounds Lost in 30 Days!!

I want to start out by congratulating all of you for doing an amazing job the first month of this challenge. In total the competitors lost 94 POUNDS in 30 days!!! You all are working hard and getting the nutrition down as well as getting the workouts in! Here are our Top 3 Male and Female winners.
