INSANITY is a cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. INSANITY workout classes got its name because it involves intense routines that are executed in 3 minutes or less with no more than half a minute of rest in between each routine. In each class, you perform a complex combination of cardiovascular exercises including kick boxing, plyometrics, and other workout routines.
INSANITY is a predesigned interval training class where no equipment is required and it is easy to learn and fun to participate in. The class instructors that teach INSANITY will guide you through each insane workout routine as it changes according to the workout schedule that is prepared beforehand.
