Dancing Is A Fun Way To Lose Weight

Dancing is a fantastic form of exercise. Many forms of dance can cause weight loss. Answer Is Fitness offers a great Group Groove class to everyone that wants to dance away weight. Not only does it raise the heart rate through movement, dancing also tones and tightens the major muscle groups of the body. Dancing can burn as many calories as walking, swimming or riding a bicycle! Just a half hour session of sustained dancing can burn a lot of calories.

One of the best things you can do to lose weight is to find an exercise that you actually enjoy doing, because you won’t stick to an exercise routine that you don't really like. If you are serious about losing weight but don’t want to do boring routines, then our Group Groove program is right for you. We borrow moves from three styles of dance; club, urban, and Latin. Some of the dance styles are much more strenuous than others. But each one goes more into other types of dance. For example, we have a fast-paced trash jazz style that will have you waving goodbye to unwanted calories. And dancing to lose weight is one of the fun activities you can do either once a week or everyday! And no need to feel apprehensive about dancing, it’s a group exercise class so everyone will be going in the same direction.
