You want the most out of what you're signing up for. But also, be sure that the gym has enough equipment for everyone who may be there. Visit during the times that you think you will be going. Having the right equipment, staff, and exercise classes is instrumental in keeping up your motivation and excitement.
Be sure you are comfortable and willing to pay for a gym membership and that the membership is something that can fit within your budget. If you're unsure if you will continue to exercise at the gym, or if you want to try it out before you join, ask for a trial gym membership.
These are all important considerations to think about before you join a gym. Take the time to look around, ask questions, and talk to staff. Choosing the right gym will help you to have a much more enjoyable workout experience.
