Pilates is more and more popular with athletes and celebrities. Pilates concentrates on the body's "core" (core muscles) and is a great way to tone, stretch, and strengthen your muscles without over straining your joints. It is sometimes used in physical therapy and injury/sports rehabilitation. Answer is Fitness has pilates mat classes, and our instructors have extensive experience and training (more than just having taken a weekend workshop).
