I have participated in team sports for most of my life - from when I started walking up until the college level. For this reason I never really found a need to go to the gym outside of practice which was typically 5 or more days a week. Then after graduating college I got lost in the routine of becoming an adult. I had a new job I was trying to prove myself at and would work 9+ hours a day, cook dinner, watch tv, sleep, repeat. The constant pressure of trying to prove myself at work, all while saving to buy a house and pay bills weighed on me and eventually caused me to weigh a lot more than I did in my college days. I had a gym membership to AIF but was never serious about it and saw little to no results. Then they came out with the Fitt60 program and offered a free trial.. so I basically had to try it out right?? It was a little intimidating at first because it had literally been YEARS since I'd been to the gym. But now one year later I've lost 30 pounds, gained new friendships, and finally feel like I'm part of a team again. I can honestly say I look forward to taking this class twice a week. I have so much more energy and confidence, and I feel stronger than ever. Thank you!!!

I love this class! For someone like me who is working towards getting fit it is perfect. I can push myself without overdoing it. I feel comfortable adapting the workout when I need to, but I find that the more I take this class the less I have to adapt. The heart rate monitor seems to motivate me to push harder. Angela F. is the best! After having two babies, back to back my weight was not where I wanted it to be. I started fit 60 when my son was 14 months and my daughter was 2, the class has been my outlet. It is very convenient I can put my children in child watch and slip away for 60 minutes of me time. The class has helped me in several ways, it gets me out of the house and around other people in a fun motivated environment. When I started taking the classes I was stuck at a weight that I was not happy with, I have been able to drop 7 pounds since starting the class in October. It has become part of my weekly routine. I make sure I get myself to two classes a week. There are times when I do not want to go but I get there. Once I tried Fitt60 I was hooked! The instructors are so motivating and helpful, the equipment is top-notch and being able to see my stats in real-time helps me push myself harder than I ever would on my own. It's like the only person I'm competing with is myself. That feeling I get when I see my end of class report and realize that I pushed just a little bit harder than the previous week is crazy addictive! It's what drives me to get out of bed on Saturday mornings. And I've seen better results taking Fitt60 1-2 times per week than I did when I was working out on my own/taking classes 4-5 times per week, so it's a huge time saver. Quality over quantity! Fit60 is an amazing class. At first I was a little hesitant to join, so I took one the of the free classes they offered and FELL IN LOVE!! To me it's very competitive ( but not at the same time) you wear a heart monitor that rates your heartbeat and your calorie burning. That's was fun to watch. Earning the trophies is what makes it competitive for myself. You get a full amazing working in 60 mins with amazing fit60 trainers. You walk out feeling great and sweaty!!! So dont just walk by the windows and watch the workout, TRY IT, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! - Jessica C.
I do a Fit60 class two times per week and I love it! This full body 60 minute heart rate based interval training workout is extremely effective. I am burning more calories in an hour than ever before. Every class is different which keeps it challenging and fun. I like watching my heart rate on the monitor and trying to stay in that purple/red zone to get those trophy points for the after burn. - Jen C.
When I first heard about this program I knew I wanted to try it. I was intimidated as I didn't know what to expect especially as someone who is relatively new to working out and fitness. After my first class, I was hooked! I couldn't wait to try it again. The trainer was friendly, welcoming and very encouraging which is important to me.This class really pushes me to my limits every time, and I love it! My strength and endurance continue to improve. And every class I continue to surprise myself at what I can do. Sure there are some things that are a challenge but the trainers are great at helping with modifications or just helping you with that extra push you need to continue. The heart rate monitor is a cool feature because you can see how you are doing, and adjust accordingly to get a great workout. I find that it helps me stay motivated when I lose steam. It's also great to see the progress you're making in the class. Every time I step into the Fitt60 room I never know what to expect and what new challenge will come my way, but I know that I will walk out having had an amazing workout and that is what keeps me coming every week. - Jen M.
Fitt60 is the perfect workout between personal training sessions. It is like a personal training session, with other people around doing the same thing. It's perfect for all activity levels because you go at your own challenging pace and there is always a modification if you aren't able to do all the exercises. Since I have joined, I have noticed that I have more energy and each time I go into the Fitt60 room, I feel like I can do more than I did the time before. I'm comfortable enough to be challenging myself each time and not feeling intimidated in the back of the class. I highly recommend it to everyone! - Olivia
I absolutely LOVE this class! It challenges and pushes me in ways I don't typically do with my own workouts. I really enjoy the format of the class too. The way the class is structured makes the time fly by, definitely doesn't feel like working out for 60 minutes! I've also seen great improvements both with my physique and cardiovascular wise. This class definitely helped me break through a plateau and I have noticed a drop in my body fat! If you're on the fence about giving it a try, definitely take the leap and go for it! Fitt60 is awesome! By taking Fitt60 classes just a few times a week, I have noticed big changes in my body. My muscles are toner, I feel stronger, my stamina has increased, and I've lost some weight too. Another great thing about this interval program is that it changes daily so you are always challenged and never bored. This class is for any fitness level because you wear a heart rate monitor and there are monitors for you to keep track of your heart rate so you will get optimal results and stay in the fat burning zone. You can burn anywhere from 500-1,000 calories for just one class! The instructors are also amazing. They are supportive and motivate you so you get the best workout. I'm a huge fan of the Fitt:60 program. Have been going to the classes since April and can't say enough about it. It's everything I was looking for-a cardio and strength workout in a small group setting at a reasonable price. You can't beat it. It's the best one hour workout I ever have. And, the workouts are never the same so the time flies by. And, wearing a heart monitor during class makes tracking my progress fun. The trainers challenge me but also know how to encourage and motivate me. Even though it's in a group setting, I feel as if I'm getting one on one personal training. After every class, I feel like I had a great workout. And, the best part-every time I go, I see improvement and consistently burn at least 800 calories. - Bill
