Class Descriptions

  • Group Power ®

    is YOUR HOUR OF POWER! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivation group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! POWER UP! More info

  • Indoor Cycling

    Often also called spinning, isan organized activitythatinvolves using a special stationarybicyclewith a weighted flywheel in a classroom settingset to upbeat music!These classes focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery. Cycle shoes are recommended for this workout!

  • Zumba

    Thisdance-based aerobics program exploded in popularity in the early 2000s. Zumba makes use of up-tempo Latin music styles such as salsa, cha-cha, reggaeton, mambo,and merengue to create an enjoyable, productive workout for all fitness levels.

  • Ripped/Muscle Conditioning

    This class will pump you up! The instructor will incorporate hand weights, resistance bands, and other equipment to shape and sculpt the entire body. Focus is on toning the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body. This class is taught for 60 minutes unless otherwise indicated.

  • BARRE

    thisballet-inspired class starts with a warm up and moves and a sequence of upper-body exercises using light free weights, push-ups,and planks.It's here that we target the bicep, tricep, shoulder, chest and back muscles. You will thenmove into a series of ballet Barre or floor exercises that focus on the thighsand finally into core and ab work. You will finish with a relaxing stretch to lengthen your muscles.You do not need to be a dancer to take this class.

  • Circuit Training

    is a whole body workout that builds both strength and endurance. Participants rotate from station to station at a set time interval. You set your own pace at each station. Thestations alternate between upperbodystrength, lowerbodystrength, core, and aerobic exercises.Exercises can be modified to meet yourcurrent fitness level.

  • Cardio EXPRESS

    is 45 minutes of fun cardio activity –kickboxing, athletic drills, hi/lo, etc. –all designed to push your pulse into your training zone! Bring your towel, water, and lots of energy!

  • Yoga

    is an ancient method of unifying body and mind. It is a respectful, mindful way of life that gently promotes emotional, mental, physical,and spiritual health through daily exercise, breathing, and meditation. Great for beginnersand for those interestedin lengthening and stretching their muscles.

  • Pilates

    Pilates mat classes focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. The instructor presents the exercises at multiple levels which allows students to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate, or advanced pace. Students learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. Various props (e.g.flex bands, foam rollers, rings, light weights, and balls) are incorporated to enhance and intensify the workout. No previous Pilates experience is necessary to join a mat class.

  • Insanity®

    is a revolutionary (Beachbody) cardio-based total-body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more caloriesburned, faster results,and more efficient metabolism. All levels of fitness are welcome.

  • P90X®

    is a (Beachbody) total body cardio and strength training class that uses body weight, as well as dumbbells, weight plates, and resistance tubing. This creates a metabolic effect to target specific energy systems. Great for all levels with modifications to themore challenging movementsand cardio activities!

  • Row & Sculpt

    this is a 45 minute, low-impact, full-body workout! The benefits of rowing are unparalleled. Each workout produces maximum results by engaging over 85% of your body's muscles (legs, arms, core, back) and delivering the PERFECT BALANCE of aerobic endurance and muscular strength all in 1 pulse pushing and fun workout. You must sign up for this class!

  • Tread and Shed

    this is a 45 minute, calorie torching,full body workout! Whether you're an avid runner or you're new to fitness, this class is for you. This class will take you to new levels in your cardiovascular fitness utilizing high intensity interval training and strength training to maximize your time in the gym. Of course, this class is set to upbeat music to motivate you through!You must sign up for this class!

*Sign up is required to attend all Cycle Classes class. You must be present at the start of class or you may be subject to losing your spot. You may sign up for class up to 2 hours prior to class.
