I strive for my classes to be fun, challenging, positive and uplifting for members of all skill levels. Taking a proactive approach to health allows us to move forward to achieve and set new goals. Fitness provides me with mental clarity and a sense of accomplishment. I love that!

My goal is to make fitness an enjoyable escape, a place where you can dance your stresses away while becoming a more fit, healthy, happy you!
I love spending time with my 2 daughters, going for family walks with our dogs or just cuddling up on the couch watching movies. When I'm not home relaxing with my family, I am at the gym lifting weights or taking a Zumba class. I love dancing, going out for sushi, salsa concerts and weekend getaways with friends.

Love to come to the gym everyday and work hard and push others. I have three boys and I enjoy spending time with them and go to their sports activities. I like to read, run and most importantly love be around family and friends.

After 15 years on the mat and a 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training, yoga taught me to be truly happy. It let me gain control over my oftenÂracing mind and gave me a practice that is always evolving. Every day is different. Every day is a challenge. Every day has the chance to be fun as well as rewarding.
I love teaching a strong dynamic flow. But also love making sure my students remember yoga is about smiling, having a laugh, falling out of the pose every now and then, and getting straight back up.
Off the mat, I practices the yoga of mothering with my greatest teachers of all, Jack, 8 and Archie 1.

Everyone can reach their goals no matter how far they may seem. Surround yourself with the support and positivity of others around you. Take care of your body and treat it well. You will see a difference on the outside and feel it on the inside. When in doubt, try something new! Challenge yourself and your body, and you will surprise yourself as to what you can do.
I am a history teacher with a passion for fitness and adventure! I love my job because it allows me to work with people every day who inspire me to be better and work harder. Having the positive support of others is such an important part of reaching your goals, and I love that I get to experience that all the time. My interests include all things fitness related, going for walks, trying out new recipes, traveling, skiing in the winter, and laughing till it hurts and spending lots of time with family and friends!

My goals in teaching yoga are to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible and to make it interesting and challenging. Yoga is for everybody! Yoga isn't about a perfect pose; it IS about the effort you put into it, the breathing you use, and being present on your mat and in your life.
Along with my husband and dog, I like long hikes at Blue Hills and other parks. My husband joins me for yoga classes several times a week. We also enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding on the Reservoir in Canton. I'm a home dec seamstress and upholsterer, and I work as a substitute teacher in Canton schools. We have 3 adult sons, a cat and a dog.

For the last six years I have battled to get healthy. There are no short cuts. At the beginning, I was very heavy (365lbs) then realized it was time to do something about it. Eating nutritionally, Spinning and the gym helped me lose over 130lbs. I want to help others reach their goals. It starts at the gym and never looking back and will ends with kicking the devil's butt in spin class. HOORAH!
