I have always enjoyed working out and what better way to do this than with group exercise classes. I feel it keeps you committed to exercising while at the same time experiencing a fun , motivating atmosphere. I promote this in all my group fitness classes so that members can achieve their goals to a healthy lifestyle while obtaining their maximum level of fitness. The best fitness class isn't worth nearly as much to you if you are not having fun while doing it.
My personal interests are spending time with my family and friends, watching my sons sporting events, gardening/landscaping, and scrap booking.

I love fitness!! I love to get people up, moving and feeling better about themselves. I believe working out should be fun, each and every time. Through both Group Exercise classes and individual training sessions I enjoy motivating people and helping them to reach their goals.

It incorporates good nutrition, strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and a positive attitude. I have cultivated a steady yoga practice over the past fifteen years. Thanks to just 15 minutes a day of yoga I developed more vitality and increased my mental acuity, and physical flexibility. Yoga is something everyone can benefit from regardless of age, weight,or fitness level, as it brings all bodies into balance, leaves you feeling energized yet relaxed.
Fitness for me is about feeling the best that I can mentally and physically. By feeling strong and fit, I can be a better person, mother and teacher. I have more energy and confidence. I hope that my attitude and enthusiasm about group fitness and exercise motivates others around me to want to make fitness a consistent part of their lives that leads to improving their overall health and well-being.
