Christine - Trainer/InstructorPHILOSOPHY -I have dedicated over 10 fulfilling years of service to the fitness industry.   During the course of those years, I have learned that taking care of your health and well being is the most important thing that you can do for yourself and your family. 
Making people look and feel healthy is the most rewarding aspect of my career.  Being a Fitness Professional gives me the opportunity to change the way people think and feel about themselves.  I enjoy working one on one with my clients, and I also enjoy teaching group exercise.

Jess D Samantha - Trainer

PHILOSOPHY - In the words of Lee Burton and Gray Cook – Co-Founders of Function Movement Systems – “MOVE WELL, MOVE OFTEN”. I believe most people understand the importance and benefits of moving often; but what it means to “move well” is generally misunderstood by the general population. As a trainer, my main focus is to coach each person through their specific needs in mobility to improve range of motion, while increasing overall strength and stamina. When all of these needs are met, it’s the perfect storm for getting desired health & fitness results!

1. Adults 18 – 99 yrs. old, needing to improve overall health and wellness.
2. Middle school, high school & collegiate athletes looking to improve sport specific performance.
3. Anyone needing to bridge the gap between physical therapy and entering back into a consistent fitness routine.

My credentials as both a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) and in Certified Functional Movement Screening (FMS), provide me with a specialized & unique education on how to continue the recovery process once physical therapy has ended. The goal: safely guide the individual to progress in strength and stamina as the injury continues to improve, and allowing the return to a more normalized fitness routine, significantly reducing the risk of further injury.

Bruno Ragusa - Trainer/InstructorPHILOSOPHY - Physical fitness, performance and appearance have been a passion of mine since I was young. The opportunity to help others reach their fitness goals makes me feel that I am contributing to the well-being of others and also to the epidemic of obesity in our country. I believe that fitness is like a loving relationship: you have to work at it every day in order for it to be healthy. I also believe that it is never too late to start on the path to better health. I believe it is important to balance life so that work, recreation and exercise & nutrition are a part of daily life. Without a physical outlet, we know that stress can impact health. However, maintaining a daily exercise schedule allows people to have a better quality of life, and I like being a part of that process.
