“Fitness is my life! The only feeling better than reaching a personal goal is helping others reach their goals. I do this by creating safe and effective individualized exercise and nutrition programs for each client. Fitness does not begin or end at the gym, throughout the day there are thousands of obstacles and excuses keeping you from getting to where you want to be. My job is to help develop exercise and life strategies that will help you reach your goals as quickly as possible. I believe in setting attainable monthly goals to use as a ladder as we journey to your ultimate goal. It is very important to me to make exercising fun for you, but also fix compensations you may have to prevent future injuries and assure that you will be able to enjoy exercise the rest of your life. Reaching your goals will never be easy but I am there every step of the way in whatever way you will need!!”
I enjoy working with any client. I have worked with athletes, elderly men and women and everything in between. If you have a goal to reach we WILL reach it together!!!!
