As the outbreak continues, most of the gyms are stepping up and taking precautions to protect their members from the virus. There are the recommended fitness facility sanitation measures that we accomplish and that you should demand of your fitness center:

  4. Hand hygiene: Wash your hands using soap and water regularly. This is the best way to control transmission in normal, healthy adults and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

In the middle of this Coronavirus crisis, it is best to keep yourself reminded to keep calm and to be in the best health. This sounds easy and simple way to follow the everyday precautions like staying at home if you are not feeling well, social distancing, avoid close contact with people, washing your hands frequently and to the extent possible avoid touching high-touch surfaces in public places.
