PHILOSOPHY - I believe in a sensible, realistic, and enthusiastic approach to fitness and nutrition. Being a new mom, I know time is a very valuable thing. I want to get my clients in, give them a great workout and have them leaving feeling that they are one step closer to reaching their fitness goals. My goal is to make exercise an enjoyable part of life. Exercise should be fun, educational, and make you feel great. Making a difference in people’s lives is important to me. I want to help my clients get fit, reach their goals, and most of all feel great!

- NASAM Certified Personal Trainer
- MOSSA Certified GROUP POWER and GROUP GROOVE
- Pilates Certified
- Kiser Cycle Certified
- Minor in Dancing
- CPR and AED Certified
- Over 10 years of experience of personal training and teaching group exercise
