2. TRX Knee Tuck

Start in a plank position with your feet secured in the TRX straps. Draw your knees toward your chest, keeping your hips level and core engaged. Slowly extend your legs back to the starting position. This movement targets the lower abdominals and enhances core stability.

3. TRX Oblique Crunch

From a plank position, rotate your hips to bring your knees toward one side, aiming to touch your elbow. Return to the center and repeat on the opposite side. This exercise effectively engages the obliques, contributing to a well-defined waistline.

4. TRX Rollout

Kneel facing the anchor point, holding the TRX handles. Slowly extend your arms forward, allowing your body to lean toward the floor while maintaining a straight line from head to knees. 5. TRX Side Plank

Position yourself sideways with your feet in the TRX straps, supporting your body on one forearm. Lift your hips to form a straight line from head to heels. Hold this position, engaging the obliques and shoulder stabilizers. This exercise improves lateral core strength and stability.
