Example Workout:

  • 30 seconds of sprinting (or fast cycling)
  • 30 seconds of walking (or slow cycling)
  • Repeat for 15-20 minutes.

2. Tabata Training

This form of HIIT follows a strict 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 4 minutes (8 rounds).

Example Workout:
