I feel it keeps you committed to exercising while at the same time experiencing a fun , motivating atmosphere. I promote this in all my group fitness classes so that members can achieve their goals to a healthy lifestyle while obtaining their maximum level of fitness. The best fitness class isn't worth nearly as much to you if you are not having fun while doing it.
