INSANITY workout is perfect for those who have tried other types of exercise but just can't seem to get results. This 60-day workout program is offers high intensity routines for weight loss and toning muscles.
By joining the INSANITY workout classes in North Attleboro, MA, participants will challenge themselves with activities to test their strength, core, resistance, power, and perseverance. Because INSANITY is inspired by the Max Interval Training method, you can expect that in every workout class, you will exercise intensely in 3 minute bursts with a 30 second rest in between.
