Class Descriptions

  • Group Power ®

    is YOUR HOUR OF POWER! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivation group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! POWER UP!

  • Barbell Strength

    Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout, using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, BARBELL STRENGTH combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises.

  • Indoor cycling/Spin30

    often also called Spinning, is an organized activity that involves using a special stationary bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting set to upbeat music! These classes focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery. Cycle shoes are recommended for this workout!

  • Zumba

    This dance-based aerobics program exploded in popularity in the early 2000s. Zumba makes use of up-tempo Latin music styles such as salsa, cha-cha, reggaeton, mambo, and merengue to create an enjoyable, productive workout for all fitness levels.

  • Ripped

    This class will pump you up! The instructor will incorporate hand weights, resistance bands, tubing, body weight, and other equipment into this class to shape and sculpt your entire body. Focus is on toning all of the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body.

  • BARRE

    this ballet-inspired class starts with a warm-up and moves and a sequence of upper-body exercises using light free weights, push-ups, and planks. It’s here that we target the biceps, triceps, shoulder, chest and back muscles. You will then move into a series of ballet Barre or floor exercises that focus on the thighs and finally into core and ab work. You will finish with a relaxing stretch to lengthen your muscles. You do not need to be a dancer to take this class and absolutely LOVE IT.

  • CARDIO BLAST

    is 60 minutes of fun cardio activity – kickboxing, athletic drills, hi/lo, etc. – all designed to push your pulse into your training zone! Bring your towel, water, and lots of energy!

  • HiiT/PIYO

    High Intensity Interval Training is one of the best ways to train your heart. You will engage in cardio activities that spike your heart rate for 20-30 seconds then quickly shift back into recovery several times in this class. It’s fun, effective, a great calorie burner, and a great addition to your weekly workout routine! This workout will include a Pilates and Yoga influence that will help you to sculpt and tone quickly!

  • HiiT

    High Intensity Interval Training is one of the best ways to train your heart. You will engage in cardio activities that spike your heart rate for 20-30 seconds then quickly shift back into recovery several times in this class. It’s fun, effective, a great calorie burner, and a great addition to your weekly workout routine!

  • Full Body Strength

    this workout takes place in our Group Training room, utilizing free weights, TRX, BOSU Trainers, Tubing, Mini-bands, and your own body weight all set to super fun and motivating music. Space is limited in this class so be sure to sign up as soon as you can!

  • Row & Sculpt

    this is a 45 minute, low-impact, full-body workout! The benefits of rowing are unparalleled. Each workout produces maximum results by engaging over 85% of your body's muscles (legs, arms, core, back) and delivering the PERFECT BALANCE of aerobic endurance and muscular strength all in 1 pulse pushing and fun workout. You must sign up for this class!

*Sign up is required to attend all Cycle Classes class. You must be present at the start of class or you may be subject to losing your spot. You may sign up for class up to 2 hours prior to class.
