Christine - Trainer/InstructorPHILOSOPHY -I have dedicated over 10 fulfilling years of service to the fitness industry.   During the course of those years, I have learned that taking care of your health and well being is the most important thing that you can do for yourself and your family. 
Making people look and feel healthy is the most rewarding aspect of my career.  Being a Fitness Professional gives me the opportunity to change the way people think and feel about themselves.  I enjoy working one on one with my clients, and I also enjoy teaching group exercise.

CLIENT BASE - I enjoy working with all types of people.  From de-conditioned people, to people who have been taking group exercise classes for over 10 years.  From someone who has 100 pounds to loose, to someone who wants to strengthen and tone their body.  I have worked with people who have never exercised to people who are training to run for marathons.

Rian - TrainerPHILOSOPHY - I believe in a sensible, realistic, and enthusiastic approach to fitness and nutrition. Being a new mom, I know time is a very valuable thing. I want to get my clients in, give them a great workout and have them leaving feeling that they are one step closer to reaching their fitness goals. My goal is to make exercise an enjoyable part of life. Exercise should be fun, educational, and make you feel great. Making a difference in people’s lives is important to me. I want to help my clients get fit, reach their goals, and most of all feel great!

CLIENT BASE - As a Trainer I strive to know how to get the best out of each and every client. Whether its helping you learn the basics of proper form, identifying your personal health goals, or accommodating your busy schedule I’m ready to work with you as a beginner to fitness, a regular exerciser, or a competitive athlete.
