If you pick an activity that is comfortable and realistic for you, then that will be your starting point and slowly build at a pace that feels right for you. Being physically active is one of the most important things you will do for your health. Considering your exercise routines as your mini goals, the more mini goals you achieve, the more motivated you will become. And the more wonders it will provide in your body.

Progress in exercising motivates you to keep on improving. Since aging is inevitable, people who exercise regularly have a lower risk of developing many long-term chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, stroke and cancers. It will boost your self-esteem, improve your mood, sleep quality and energy. It is essential if you want to live a healthy and3/fulfilling life into old age. It was proven that those adults who are active every day and aim to do at least 150 minutes of physical activity over a week get the benefit of good health and raise their heart rate, breathe faster, and feel warmer. This is moderate intensity activity which means that you will still be able to talk but you will not be able to sing the words to a song. Breathing is moderately controllable. If your energy permits, working out harder is a vigorous intensity activity. This is substantial and will bring health benefits over and above that moderate activity. You will tell that it is vigorous because you are breathing hard and fast, and your heart rate has gone up quite a bit. If you are at this level, you will not be able to say more than a few words without pausing for a breath.

Regular physical activity will greatly improve your brain health, manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do every day your daily activities. Consistent effort and dedication will bring out the best in your physical fitness and give a miracle cure to yourself. Being physically active will help you lead a healthier and happier life.
