Being in the top 1% is staying in top physical, and athletic shape all year round. It includes incorporating many small yet important nutrition habits, and fitness habits into your daily life. Set your mind to look and feel better than everyone else and do the things nobody else wants to do. If you get 1% better than you did the day, week, or month before (depending on your goals), you’re on your way to true mental and physical reward!
Exercising even if you do not feel like it, will make you feel better after you do. Being determined to achieve your fitness goal, avoid the foods that you love and enjoy, cutting out sugar, processed foods, friend foods, and many other foods that will bring you pleasure but will cause weight gain, and poor health. It is necessary to take the opportunity to surround yourself with the top 1%. Doing that, you will be eating what they eat, working out like they work out, and having the same environment that they have. As the saying goes, if you want to be a duck, walk like a duck. During the fitness process, when you see the light at the end of the tunnel, you will persist through hard times. The top 1% are always ready to sacrifice good for the great that is why they are always consistent. Continuous improvement works. It all starts with small steps that add up overtime.
Getting into the right mindset is important. It will impact your daily performance and long-term objectives. You have to put your time in. It takes strong willpower to push through the setbacks and overcome the tough times. When the going gets tough, be one of the 1% who will get going and never quit.
