Focusing one goal at a time is one thing that will help you channel your efforts in attaining your goal. A good fitness goal will give you encouragement and make you inspired in doing your exercise. Achieving your goal and creating a sense of urgency will be motivating and helpful in focusing your efforts. With a realistic goal it will give you the chance to track your progress and give you a clear way to reach your journey.
