There will be a change in lifestyle that will inspire creativity and teach discipline and balance. With fitness, being uncomfortable is the key to growth leading to your fitness success.
It is important to view your health and fitness as part of your lifestyle that will greatly improve many areas of your life. Learn to adapt to change. Life happens, stress comes and goes and schedules will get thrown off. You have to learn to accept all these things and adapt. Workout challenges last so long and results come too soon. Set your mind on everything you do and always look forward to your goal. Many people have specific fitness goals in mind however they go to extremes to accomplish their goals in a short span of time. It ends up in exhausting both their mental and physical energy that makes them quit. It will make them feel unable to maintain them, resulting in burnout, failure or injury. Ditching in the extreme unrealistic goals and expecting a comfortable lifestyle will not matter.
If you do not pressure yourself to the workout challenges you are facing, you are more likely to be consistent in attaining your goal. Because it is not as intense as you feel in doing your workout, instead you are enjoying your journey. In this way, it will be attainable and leads to consistency in the long term. Soon it will leave you looking good and feeling better.
