Stop letting other people bring you down. The noise of negativity from other people is very draining. Just do not listen. Put trust in the process and enjoy the journey of improving yourself and staying consistent because that is how you will get the results you want and can achieve.
Remember that building a physique you are proud of takes time. Do not give up at the beginning. It is always the hardest. It does not happen overnight. You will experience some ups and downs, but the thing is you are not giving up. Stay focused, so try your best to stay away from any distractions until you get all your work done.
