When you follow true aspirational change, there are sacrifices you must make. They will all pay off in the end. If not for reasonable life style change, your fitness goal are likely not going to be achieved.
You might need to wake earlier in the morning to get to the fitness center. That might mean that you need to get to bed a little earlier the previous night. So that is a “sacrifice”, right. It depends on how you look at it. Think about how this new day has started. You got up early, you made your bed, you went to the fitness center and prioritized your health. Those are three accomplishments that you can celebrate for the remainder of the day. You’ve got a great start already.
Losing weight will require you to give up some foods you love and in contrast eating some foods you might need to learn to love. We have countless members here who rave about their culinary awakening and the joy of experiencing various foods that they only thought that they didn’t like. Healthy foods. In addition, they also celebrate saying goodbye to unhealthy food that they once thought that they could not do without.
Sacrifice is a negative mindset. This is all about change that is healthy and the mere fact that you are investing mental energy in this healthy change is a boon for good mental health.
