The holidays will be very tempting to indulge in food, parties and more. Many people express how difficult it is during the holidays to diet and exercise. Well, to make your holiday season healthy and leading to a step towards a self-fitness goal, there are things which will make it lighter and better while enjoying the season and yet staying fit.
