It is highly advised to seek incremental fitness progresd over lofty and likely unachievable goals. Striving for short-term results likely will leave you broken. Exercising is a slow process to be fit, but quitting will not speed it up. Being fit is not a destination, it is a way of life. Just hanging in there, the result takes time, but it is truly worth it. Focus on your goal to turn those fat into fit as you seek progress not perfection.
As they say, start your fitness journey on your own. Make a commitment to yourself as you create a vision for your fitness. Do not be too hard on yourself if you will not adhere to your healthy routine today. Instead appreciate how much you have achieved and how far you have come. Remind yourself that something is always better than nothing. Small accomplishments will keep you motivated because even small amounts of physical activity are helpful. Allow for easier modifications and shows when and where changes need to be made. Make it more likely to reach and surpass your goal. Set your mind to reach your fitness goal. Wherever you are in your journey just keep going. You will come to the point where you have accepted that working for your health is the quest for self-love. Self-discipline is everything. If you conquer your physical and mental being, you will conquer anything in the world. Get yourself out of your comfort zone and watch your body, mind and mentality grow. Your future self will thank you later. Action is what will change your life. No one ever made a difference by being someone else. Just stay positive, work hard, and make it happen.
Always remember slow progress is better than no progress. Keep going, one step at a time. Stay positive and do not give up! With the right nutrition and a consistent fitness plan you will achieve wonderful things. Make sure your goal will be realistic and achievable within a particular time frame and specific to your exercise routine. Then your dreams will work!
