Such makes physical activity a part of your regular day. And find an activity that you will enjoy and stay with it.
Being fit lets you do more physical activity. And it will let you exercise harder without as much work. Getting more fit will help you control other health problems and make you feel better. Overall, being fit will help you to sleep better, handle stress better, and keep your mind sharp.
