Four Simple Steps to Lose Weight

You have been trying to lose weight. Besides the obvious diet and exercise, there are other easy things you can do to reach your weight loss goals faster.
Drink more water. Drinking more water, helps you flush out your system, and keeps you feeling more full throughout the day. There is an added benefit too. Water keeps your skin healthy and younger looking.
Increase your cardio and weight training. Obviously cardio exercise helps you burn more calories while you are exercising. But increasing your weight training, increases your muscle mass, which helps you burn more calories while at rest.
Take the stairs and park farther away. Every little step counts. If you are only going up 2 or 3 floors, why not take the stairs? Don’t park right next to the store, park at the far end of the parking lot and walk.
Eat More Slowly. You may have heard that the brain figures out we are full after our stomach knows. Actually, it takes 20 minutes for our brain to get the signals from our stomach. As a result, we often overeat. This causes weight gain. If you want to eat less, eat slower.
