You will feel the camaraderie as everyone is very supportive and they hold each other accountable and celebrate each other’s wins and losses. They will support your mindset that will benefit you personally and, on the road, too.
Spinning is the perfect way to stay active without putting pressure on yourself. It will be customized according to your own needs. There is an instructor to guide you, but you will always modify the workout. Everyone in class is there to workout to the best of their ability. At the same time enjoying the motivational vibes of the groups. So, whatever you feel, go ahead, and do your thing.
