Yoga workout greatly helps in relaxation and sleep. It gives the right mindset and prepares the body to fall asleep and stay asleep. Further, many yogis feel yoga as a work-in exercise. They see it as a point of spiritual practice, to open their hearts and focus on their awareness. Yoga workout will increase mental and physical energy, a boost in alertness and enthusiasm and fewer negative feelings after getting into a routine of practicing yoga workout.
