Exercise can help Diabetes
Fitness or exercising can help moderate your blood sugar! If you have a family history of diabetes, or even some other risk factors, it’s time to get on a fitness program. A recent study showed women who exercised moderately or vigorously in a fitness program more than four times per week had half the risk of developing diabetes as those you don't exercise. In fact, even lesser levels of exercise provided some significant benefit versus those who did not exercise. Other research shows exercise can help men avoid diabetes as well.
