In a kickboxing workout you use arms, shoulders and legs, increasing your upper and lower body strength, it strengthens bones and muscles, burns calories, and lifts your mood. In this group exercise class, the trainer will coach you step by step and participants work at their own level of fitness, regardless of their experience or physical ability.
