Ok, the race is on; the race to lose weight before Memorial Day so you can comfortably don your bathing suit. Answer is Fitness personal training is here to help. Due diligence, accountability, the right exercises for your problem areas, nutrition help and assistance in setting realistic fitness goals are all ways that personal training can help you attain your weight loss goals in time for summer.
Here are a few other ideas:
Drink More Water - Water will absolutely help you lose weight. Properly hydrated, your body gets rid of toxins and distributes nutrients more efficiently. Drinking water also makes you feel less hungry over the course of a day. A full glass of water as soon as you wake does a body good because your body needs hydration to get ready for activity.
Morning Exercise – Exercising in the morning is one of the most healthy habits you can develop for yourself. Without food in your body, you will burn almost only fat in a morning workout. Drink a glass of water and a glass of juice for energy and start your morning exercise routine and your body will begin burning fat. Morning exercise will also kick start your metabolism first thing which allows you to burn more calories.
Eat More Small Meals - Eat healthy, but that does not mean you have to be on a strict diet. Your body needs small amounts of calories throughout the day, not a bunch of calories all at once. So, eating calories above what you need at meal time means those calories will be stored, so ultimately, you have to burn them off. If you eat five or six smaller meals, your metabolism runs higher, burning extra calories. This also makes you less hungry at mealtime.
Have Fun With the Activities You Choose – There are activities that you enjoy. Choose to do those activities at least a few times a week as you try to increase activity levels. When you enjoy activities, you can have fun while you burn calories and lose weight.
