When most of us finally decide to address our weight issues, we usually turn first to cardio or aerobic training. We run, get on a treadmill, begin cycling, and other common cardio workouts. But are those activities something you plan to do for the long haul? Do you love to run on a treadmill? Strongly consider the benefits of group circuit training workouts. The vast majority of our members testify that the power of group encouragement keeps them going stronger and in a more committed way than their former solo fitness initiatives.
Our circuit training workout programs involve a series of resistance training exercises for different movements or body parts with continuous or little-to-no rest between each exercise. An effective circuit alternates between upper and lower body parts or movements like from push-ups to pulling-ups for muscles leading to different movements in the same area of the body. These circuit exercises combine numerous movements and muscle groups in an effort to increase the oxygen demand and thereafter energy consumption.
The great thing about circuit training is its adaptability. This is where the fitness enthusiasts rotate through a number of stations, performing different exercises to time interval or repetitions, back to back, with minimum rest until the circuit is completed. It will enhance more for cardio improvement, strength, mobility, and many more. There are various ways of making a circuit but they will contain several movements including body weight and dynamic exercises or joint movements.
