"Answerfitt:60 Foxboro, MA" is a group training class which combines intense cardio and strength training exercises thus providing all their benefits of both in a single workout. The participants are divided into two groups. One group starts on cardio equipment while the other group starts with functional and resistance training. The two groups rapidly transition with an emphasis on retaining elevated heart rate through the duration of the workout.
