Now here’s something we celebrate at our Foxboro Fitness Center. People of all ages come in, get fit, and in the case of our “Kickboxing Fitness” classes, our members tell us they’ve never been more confident in their lives. They have a spring in their step. They feel strong and for the some, for the first time in their lives feel like they have a puncher’s chance to defend themselves. They say the feeling is invigorating.
Regardless of your age or your fitness level, please realize that there are no limits to what you can accomplish. As long as you are determined, work hard and set reasonable and achievable fitness goals you can and will live life to the fullest. Kickboxing fitness involves all the core muscle groups of your body, and as a result, will give you a total body workout. The body releases chemicals called endorphins when you exercise. And doing kickboxing helps you release endorphins that will give your mood a boost and level up your self-confidence. There is nothing to beat than feeling happier and more positive after a workout.
