Life’s challenges can, at times, get the better of us. Nothing to be ashamed of, these are particularly tough times in America and across the globe. But there is one un-disputable fact that a path to emerging in a positive direction is to take control of your life and prioritize fitness.
Here’s a question for you all to consider. When was the last time you reflected back on your daily workout and concluded, “Well, that sucked”. Never, right? Even if, for whatever reason, you couldn’t get it right during that workout, you walk away saying to yourself…”Yea, but at least I did it”! It simply all about logging small accomplishments daily. So, if you do nothing else but make your bed in the morning and prioritize one hour a day on fitness, you’ve accomplished two things that day.
Maybe you self-criticize that you are not well organized. We all feel that way sometime. But it takes organization skill to plan your day around fitness, one thing guaranteed to deliver a sense of accomplishment. We can’t emphasize that enough.
