The transition in the second half of the class goes into a yoga flow and finishes with a core and stretching that leaves a feeling of working and refreshed.

Thinking the movements from shifting your weight from one side to the other, from simply walking, to going up and down flights of stairs to leaning backward or forward to grab something off the floor, etc. will strengthen your balance and flexibility that is essential in maintaining and improving the quality of life.
