One of the many great workout programs offered here at our Foxboro fitness center is the Row & Sculpt. Row & Sculpt workout is a type of full-body exercise that combines rowing and strength training. It is designed to increase muscular endurance, strength, and flexibility.

Common exercises included in a Row & Sculpt workout are:

Rowing: Rowing is a great cardio exercise that works the entire body. Common rowing exercises include intervals, sprints, and long distance rows.
