Spinning workouts are one of the most rewarding physical fitness routines you can do. Our spinning workouts carry your mood forward by delivering a vigorous workout in the safety of a gym and with your fellow spinners at your side pushing and pulling you along the way. All the while, you do the same for them. Group spinning is a two-way street where you both give and receive the rewards of being in it together.
It is a challenging workout in which you will catch the pacing of the different sequences of choreography at a fast pace to keep you on your toes. It will build muscle as you go to the heavier resistance work, spike your heart rates and the faster resistance that will focus on your endurance and strengthen your mind. It is important to ease in and give your muscles time to adapt to its intensity. It is necessary to condition your legs because even experienced athletes if they push themselves to the limit, it will be risky and there is a tendency to overkill. Likewise, spinning is the ideal way to keep your heart and body in shape. Though it looks the same as riding a stationary bike, in many ways it is a far more intense workout and one of the easiest to overdo. It is adjustable depending on your resistance and moderate the pace and intensity of the ride as such it opens the door for many people to participate.
Ultimately, spinning is an exceptional exercise. With the intense exercise exerted it benefits cognitive functioning and well-being and for others it protects the brain from age-related decline. Spinning will increase the strength and function of your muscles and keep you fit and active as you age. Jump on that bike and remain sharp as a tack as you get older. Happy spinning!
