We will learn better when we are in a soft state of mind. Reality is the biggest struggle we all face being able to detach from outcomes. It is a normal reaction. There is that certain fear we cannot get rid of what might have happened if. However, if we are confident that it is your best decision, there will be no more questions. Getting into the mindset you will become receptive to learning from that experience. In Yoga, training properly is the key to well-being.
It is normal as a start you feel stiff and in need of a good stretch to release tightness. Give time to meet yourself and come back to the quiet, simple, authentic, strong, and safe space within you. When releasing the poses, the blood flows back into your body improving circulation. Embrace the uncertainty, enjoy the beauty of change and remembering. Seek people and places where you will add value. Erase competition and start connecting. You will realize you are stepping into the next phase, with more intention than ever. Sometimes it is unavoidable to meet discomfort in your yoga practice, instead of meeting it with love and acceptance. Without such a feeling of effort, there will be no progress in your physical and mental training. There will naturally be discomfort as you explore your edges. Getting to know your safe space and discerning between pushing boundaries and risk of damage. Breathe.
In Yoga practice, working with your breathing when you are at this moment of tension will allow you to stay in that moment for longer and safer. You will forever be growing from new experiences and new camaraderie. When you feel at peace in situations where you used to feel tension you will easily connect with joy and happily use boundaries to protect your well-being. The healing is real when your mind feels lighter and loving yourself becomes more natural.
