Keep Your Coffee Simple
Adding sugar, whole milk and cream to your coffee can be catalyst for extra calories. Drinking it black or using skim milk is the best choice.
Eat at Home
Restaurants and fast food pack their foods with calories, sugar and sodium along with larger than necessary portions. Cooking for yourself at home gives you more control over your diet.
